Legacy System Revival
Problem
Highway management system used in multiple countries was based on outdated technology. Management decided to have to system redeveloped but the old development team refused to take the project using modern technology. The challenge was to rewrite the complete system with as little change on the user interface as possible.

The System
We built an integrated system managing every aspect of highway maintenance.
The system is built from three major parts:
- a web based system for office workers
- android application for road workers
- reporting and planning modules for management
Solution
We rewrote the whole system in a 2 year fixed price development project with monthly milestones. We used the old application as specification and the a complete data migration to the new system.
